How do I change my personal details?
Login to your account then visit My Account. Alternatively, this link will take you directly there.
How do I verify my email address and activate my account?
When you register, you will receive an email with an activation link. Please follow the activation instructions as set out in the email.
I can't login, I lost my password. Can you help?
You will have received an email with your username and password during the registration process. If you cannot remember your password, please click Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I activate a mobile?
Login to your account and click Add Contacts. Enter the Name and the Mobile number then click Activate. You will shortly receive an activation code via SMS to which you must reply to. Your mobile will be activated once you respond to this SMS.
How do I locate a mobile?
You can only locate a mobile that has been activated in your account. Simply login to your account select the mobile from the list of contacts. Provided you have enough credit to use the service, you will be able to see the location of the mobile on a map.
Does this service work on all mobiles?
The service works on all mobile handsets on supported network operators.
What network operators do you support?
We support the following operators: O2, T Mobile, Orange, Vodafone, EasyMobile, Fresh, and Tesco networks.
How accurate is the mobile location tracking?
The service is very accurate but there are certain circumstances where the location can only be provided to the nearest mile. The rule is simple, if you have reception on your phone, then chances are the phone can be located.
Why can’t I pinpoint the exact location of a mobile?
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of airway transmission, it is not possible to pinpoint the exact location of a mobile. The service can narrow the location to within 1 mile radius. We are working hard to improve the accuracy and precise location of the service.
Can anybody locate my mobile?
No. The service will only work on active mobiles where explicit consent has been given by the mobile owner.
Can I locate someone without their consent?
No. The service will only work on handsets that have been activated.
What is the cost for adding mobiles to my account?
Registration and adding mobiles to your account is absolutely free. You can add as many mobile numbers to your account as you wish. This can include friends and family. However, in order to use the location service, you must purchase credit.
How do I check my credit balance?
When you login, you will see your account credit balance on the top right of the page.
What happens when I use all my credit?
The location service requires credit in order to locate a mobile. However, you will still be able to use your account to take advantage of all our other services.
How do I purchase more credit?
To purchase credit, simply Sign In to your Ogyhi account. From the "My Account" member area click the "Buy Credits" button on the right menu.
Select the amount of credit you wish to purchase and click "Buy". Then follow the on screen instructions to complete your payment. Your credits will be automatically allocated to your account upon successful payment.
Does this service work outside UK?
At present, the service will only work within Great Britain. We are working hard to expand the service to other locations.
Can I block my mobile from being used?
The service will only work on active mobiles where the owner has given express consent. To block your mobile, simple ignore the activation process.
Can I block my mobile from being used after I activated?
Unfortunately you have already activated your mobile. Please contact our support team and we can remove your mobile from the service. You will need to reactivate your mobile to use the service in future.
What if I change my mobile number?
Simply register your new mobile number and proceed with the Activation process.
What are the ways I can track mobiles? (online and via sms)
Can I locate a mobile if the phone is switched off?
The mobile phone needs to be switched on for Ogyhi to provide a real-time location on the mobile.
Am I charged if the location request is unsuccessful?
We will charge you for unsuccessful location attempts as we are charge every time by the mobile operators.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, please Sign in to your member area. Visit "My Account" and "Edit Account" from the Settings menu on the right. Here you can modify your account details or Delete your entire account by clicking "Delete account" from the Settings menu.
